Athletes have trained this way for decades. It is time professionals caught up.
The wearable handles your biology. Thirty seconds a day handles the rest.
Readiness above, deep work below, same thirty days. Hover any day to read both at once.

The other half is building the week around what it tells you.
See which categories your Strong days go to, then start protecting them for the work that actually compounds.
Read last month’s answers back with the score you held that day sitting next to each one.
Day-of-week trends, streaks and sleep correlations, computed from your own history.
Inside the app your name sits beside your own data point. Inside a team, everything is aggregated.
Two of your five are below Good today. You find that out before you load the sprint, not in the retro.
Ten of the team’s deep work hours went to admin this week. That is the kind of thing you only see once it is measured.
“As an athlete I always used data to measure and improve. I wore the devices every day. As a professional I realized I was flying blind.”
Evity Club exists to give professionals the performance infrastructure their ambitions require.
Every personal feature is free. Pro exists for one reason: leading a team.
Prices in EUR, managed through your Apple ID. Joining a team is always free. Only the person creating it needs Pro. If you use team features in an employment context, you are responsible for the employment and data protection requirements that apply in your country.
A 0–100 number calculated each morning from sleep, heart rate variability and resting heart rate. Each signal is compared to your own 60-day rolling baseline, because a 42ms HRV is unremarkable for one person and a warning sign for another.
Deep work sessions and their categories, decisions with a confidence rating and an outcome, an evening reflection, and a ten-second morning check-in. The score is one column; what you actually produced is the other. The product is the overlap.
Every personal feature, with no subscription. Pro unlocks one thing: creating a team and seeing aggregated team readiness.
If you already wear your device, 15 days of history import the moment you connect, so your score is ready the same day. Starting with a brand new device, the Today tab shows a calibration state until a baseline exists, which takes about 3 days of readings. Every score is measured against a 60-day rolling window, so it keeps sharpening after that.
The weights redistribute rather than guess. A device that reports sleep but no heart rate variability gives a score built entirely from sleep. If one heart signal is missing, sleep carries two thirds and the remaining signal one third.
Reflections, decisions and deep work notes are encrypted with AES-256 on your iPhone before upload. The keys live only in your Keychain, so we cannot read them. Everything else is stored in the EU. Nothing is ever sold, and one tap in Settings deletes everything.
No. Team features show aggregated readiness only. If team features are used in an employment context, the team creator is responsible for the employment law, data protection and works council requirements that apply in their country.
